CIDH-BU ni ishirahamwe rifise intumbero ryo gukomeza imibano biciye mu m’imigambi y’iterambere igamije guteza imbere imibereho myiza no gukomeza inguvu z’urwaruka, abakenyezi n’abafise amikoro make mu Burundi. Dushira imbere ibikorwa vyinjiza amafaranga, inyigisho z’ubudandaji, hamwe n’uguteza imbere umutekano w’ibifungurwa biciye mu migambi irama nacanecane kurima ubwoba vyishikikije imibano yacu.

CIDH-BU ni ishirahamwe rishingiye ku mibano n’imico kama rifise intumbero ryo gutezanya imbere mw’iterambere rirama hano iwacu. Gushoboza urwaruka, abagore n’abafise amikoro make guhindura ivyiyumviro bishasha mu bikorwa ngirakamaro n’imigambi irama, guteza imbere amahirwe y’akazi, no gutanga ubufasha bwagara Bwenge mu m’imibano, mu guteza imbere iterambere ririmwo bose kandi ririnda ibidukikije.
Intumbero zacu
Muri CIDH-BU, intumbero zacu ziteguwe kugira dutange intumbero y’iterambere rirama, duhe ubushobozi bukwiye mu banyagihugu, kandi tunoze imibereho yabo. Izi ni zimwe mu ntumbero zacu z’ingenzi:
Guteza imbere ubushobozi bw’urwaruka, abagore n’abandi bari mu buzima buzimvye, biciye mu nyigisho nshasha zishingiye ku bumenyi ngirakamaro bwogukuza ubwoba, guteza imbere ubudandaji n’ugutanga ubufasha bw’imibano bwuzuye.
Guteza imbere ibikorwa vyamaboko bishasha ngirakamaro n’imigambi y’iterambere rishingiye ku kibano, mu guhindura ivyiyumviro bikaba ibidandazwa n’ibikorwa vyinjiza amafaranga, harimwo uburimyi bw’iterambere (nk’irimwa ry’ubwoba), ubuhinga bwa none hamwe n’ibikorwa vy’ibanze mu kibano.
Guteza imbere imibereho myiza biciye mu bikorwa vyinjiza amafaranga birama, mu guha abajejwe imigambi ubumenyi mu budandaji, ubumenyi mu vy’amahera n’amahirwe yo kwiteza imbere mu bukungu.
Gukomeza ubushobozi bw’abanyagihugu bwo kwihanganira ibibazo no kwigenga, mu kubafasha gutorera inyishu ibibazo vyabo no gukoresha neza amatungo kama mu buryo burama.
Guteza imbere iterambere ridahera kandi ryitaho ibidukikije, mu gutuma urwaruka, abagore n’abandi bari mu buzima buzimvye bagira uruhara rungana, no gushira mu bikorwa ingendo zibungabunga ibidukikije kandi zijanye n’ihindagurika ry’ibihe.

Ubuhinga bushasha (Udushya;Innovation) – Guteza imbere ivyiyumviro bishasha n’inyishu ngirakamaro zishoboka mu buzima bw’imisi yose.
Ubunyakuri n’Ukubazwa Inshingano (Integrity and Accountability) – Kwubahiriza ukuri, gukorera mu muco no gukurikiza amategeko n’imigenzo myiza.
Ubufatanye (Collaboration) – Gukomeza ubufatanye n’abandi kugira ibikorwa bigire ico bishitseko kinini kandi kirama.

Inshingano (Responsibility) – Kwiyemeza gukorera ikibano mu buryo bubereye no gutanga ibikorwa bifise iremezo.
Gukorera Hamwe (Teamwork and Collaboration) – Gukorana n’abakozi, abafatanyabikorwa n’abanyagihugu kugira dushikire intumbero imwe.
Ukudakumira n’Ubutungane (Inclusiveness and Equity) – Gukingurira bose amahirwe angana no gutuma umuntu wese agira uruhara rungana nurw’ uwundi.
Kurama (Sustainability) – Guteza imbere ibikorwa bifise inyungu z’igihe kirekire mu mibano, mu bukungu no ku bidukikije.
Gushoboza Abandi (Empowerment) – Gufasha abantu n’imibano kwiyungura ubumenyi, kwigirira icizere no kwigenga.
